DESCRIPTION:
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification provides an overall insight to the techniques of Six Sigma, its metrics, and basic improvement methodologies. A yellow belt must know how to integrate Six Sigma methodologies for the improvement of production and transition of product development. The product may be tangible or intangible, but reduction of errors are core objective of any organization. This will give the comprehensive idea to participant that what is SIX SIGMA? and how to understand and implement at initial level in the organization. The Program covers the complete contents of Six sigma yellow belt as defined internationally.
