DESCRIPTION:
This “Specialization in Human Resource Management” is a 48 Hours comprehensive training program. and covers major four modules that are as under;
- Principle of Management and HRM
- Strategic HRM
- Quality HRM
- IT & ERP HRM
After the final paper, each participant must have to submit the PROJECT that is related to case studies and other class assignments. Further It aims to develop an understanding of the theories, strategies and processes of Human Resource Management and skills necessary to function effectively as a Human Resource Specialization. The Program will be conducting by the high end consultants and Experienced Manager or Directors.
PRE-REQUISITE::
The person should have the Bachelors Degree in any domain to join this program or at least S/he may have the enrollment of Bachelors Program. Further if the candidate is Intermediate and having the three years of market experience in the field of HR then S/he is eligible to join this training program.
WHO CAN ATTEND::
According to the basic theory of Human Resource Management that Every Manager Should be having the skills of HR Manager. So as far as concern this theory the program is beneficial for every existing Managers, otherwise generally the program is suitable for Fresh Candidates/Graduates.
