DESCRIPTION:
The Foundation Level of the ITIL Qualification Scheme focuses on providing knowledge and comprehension of the key concepts, structure, terminology and processes of ITIL. The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) represents the world's most widely recognized set of IT service standards. Consequently, most businesses are looking for certified ITIL professionals to optimize their IT processes, and IT Professionals across the globe are fast becoming ITIL certified to advance their career.
